COVID guidelines
*Use a wipe upon entering the building. We have purchased extra and will have a bucket at each entrance. Wipe down equipment before and after use. Machines will also be sprayed down periodically.
*Every Wednesday we are closing at each location for time to deep clean. The doors will be locked and you will not be able to enter. Milan will be 9-11 am and Sherrard will be 3:00-4:30

ABOUT US
MVP Fitness Center is a 24-hour Fitness Center with 2 locations - Milan, IL and Sherrard, IL. Each fitness center features high quality equipment including: treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, concept 2 rower, free weights, smith machine, cable crossovers, squat racks and pin select machines.
We currently offer monthly and annual rates. See Membership tab for pricing and printable membership form. See Contact us tab for staffed hours to tour and get signed up.
Our facility has cable television, multiple restrooms with showers, locked key fob access and 24 hour video surveillance.
